Hey, potatoes and beer was a celebration for many of the Irish when the Blight hit the fields.

I did the whole 9 yards; I diced the paneer, dusted it with starch and fried it before combining with the greens. Quite good.


Well, there you go, I knew it must have a name. I only know the words for peas, spinach, chicken, and mangoes. :D
