Looks like a nice soup.

We are doing a ham, and I'm doing my taxes.

Soup looks beautiful, Fuzzy.
I made Macroons and asparagus for Sedar on Wed. evening.

Hope everyone has a lovely Easter/ Passover. A true harbinger of Spring.

Ilene,

But without the peeps, how would I know what the relative humidity was?

We don't do passover/easter/etc but I gotta say, Matzoh ball soup seriously intrigues me. I don't even have a concept of how it should taste, yet am tempted to have a go. I like soup.

In my absolute desperation for spring, we will have the usual: Cold ham, potato salad, ranch beans, cole slaw, and corn bread. Oh, and a disgusting concoction from the Jello folks, called "ambrosia" which involves Orange jello, cool whip, mandarin oranges mini marshmallows and some other stuff. But I make it in a butterfly mold, with sliced kiwis and oranges, and cherries etc. When the kipper was little, it was "cute food." AND....

we will eat it on blanket I have thrown on the floor and eat on paper plates; because even if it's snowing outside ----I know spring is on it's way. We're havin' a picnic!!!

KSyrah:
I make Ambrosia all the time for the holidays. I make it with oranges and coconut and a dash of Grand Marnier. The oranges have to be perfectly peeled and sectioned with absolutely no pith. It's time consuming but oh!, do we love it.

Your recipe sounds good, Fitzie. The recipe I make is one DS found when he was about 8. And it does have coconut in it. I hate Jello, so I make it once a year, by request - along with those jello eggs. Yuck.
