GREAT NEWS! You are extremely fortunate as this is rarely the case. Now build a system that does not allow this in the future (like requiring 2 signatories on every check, etc.)

We now have it set up where the President, VP and Secretary can go online and see the account.

Back to your original question - the correct number of cupcakes for a darts banquet is obviously 301.
