You are going to waste perfectly delicious tequila on something as vile as.......jello? Shiver down my back. How about: putting in a glass with some lime, agave nectar, salt on the rim and......well, you know.

The good news is that the Super Bowl seems like a day of absolution. Jello shots, chili, or bratwurst: it's all excused for the Super Bowl! The greasier and messier, the better.... We're trying the CI recipe (sorry) for Pork Tinga, some Guacamole, etc.

Now, where'd I put those recipes for Deep Fried Bacon and Deep Fried Twinkies?

Hi,

I wonder which team might be favored by a couple from NE Wisconsin?????

You should be serving 1910 Sausage Co. Brats and Hinterland beer.

Touche...

@Mary - do you have any trouble getting those shots out of the ice cube tray? My friend used to make Jello shots and always put them in teeny plastic cups. It was hell to get them out of there without contorting your tongue in a way that made guys stare at you...

A friend of mine always makes red and green jello shots (ugh) for her Christmas open house. She makes them in mini Dixie cups and you just squeeze from the bottom and they pop into you mouth...pretty easy delivery system.

Tim

I'd expect nothing less from a cheesehead.

I'm making a beefy, spicy, stew with beans, but I'd never call it chili. Go Pack!
