The good news is that the Super Bowl seems like a day of absolution. Jello shots, chili, or bratwurst: it's all excused for the Super Bowl! The greasier and messier, the better.... We're trying the CI recipe (sorry) for Pork Tinga, some Guacamole, etc. Now, where'd I put those recipes for Deep Fried Bacon and Deep Fried Twinkies?
