Hello Chicagoans and Illinoisians, I'm thinking about doing some sort of sous vide surf and turf for Christmas dinner. (I've got a strong contingent of die-hard steak and potato BILs). What's the best seafood market in the Chicago area. If it happens to be on the north shore, so much the better. Amy |
