Off Topic? Tom Brady is being filleted, deboned, breaded, skewered and deep fried by the ESPN boobleheads.. Does that count as being food related?

This interesting article points out that salmonella limits are set for whole chickens but there are none for chicken parts. That might be a good reason right there for purchasing whole chickens and breaking them down yourself.
