I have a Blanco kitchen faucet that developed a leak where the hose line attaches to the pull-out faucet. I bought the faucet about 4 years ago when I changed countertops and sink.
Anyway, I called Blanco customer service and talked to a rep who understood immediately what I needed.
He shipped me a new hose, washers, and faucet head at no charge to me!
Now that's what I call outstanding customer service.
My friend and neighbor was able to change out the parts for me in about a half hour.

It's always refreshing to read about good customer service. I had a faucet issue recently, too, also had good service from the retailer.

I recently had a great experience with Thermapen customer service. Unfortunately, it is not that common these days. I rarely even get a "thank you" when I shop at most retail stores. It's always…."Here you go, have a nice day."

Yes, these days when you say thank you after a transaction, you're mostly going to get "no problem". Whatever that means. I recently had two very, very nice and supremely capable young women come to my home to prune some of my trees. They work for a local nursery/landscaping business. Even though they were extremely pleasant and respectful, every response was "no problem". What is the world coming to?

What ever happened to "you're welcome?"

Customers should be the ones saying "you're welcome" AFTER the clerk says "Thank you!"
