I have a Blanco kitchen faucet that developed a leak where the hose line attaches to the pull-out faucet. I bought the faucet about 4 years ago when I changed countertops and sink. Anyway, I called Blanco customer service and talked to a rep who understood immediately what I needed. He shipped me a new hose, washers, and faucet head at no charge to me! Now that's what I call outstanding customer service. My friend and neighbor was able to change out the parts for me in about a half hour. |

It's always refreshing to read about good customer service. I had a faucet issue recently, too, also had good service from the retailer. |

I recently had a great experience with Thermapen customer service. Unfortunately, it is not that common these days. I rarely even get a "thank you" when I shop at most retail stores. It's always…."Here you go, have a nice day." |

Yes, these days when you say thank you after a transaction, you're mostly going to get "no problem". Whatever that means. I recently had two very, very nice and supremely capable young women come to my home to prune some of my trees. They work for a local nursery/landscaping business. Even though they were extremely pleasant and respectful, every response was "no problem". What is the world coming to? |

Customers should be the ones saying "you're welcome" AFTER the clerk says "Thank you!" |
