Ilene, the 1000 came to me in 2 packages of 500 each. :-)
Made it easy to share with my friend.

I've been using the Baking Queen sheets now for a couple of months and really like them. I take about 20 or so from the package and store them, in a loose roll, in the drawer next to my plastic wrap. I like the half size and not having to cut them at all.
The fall code is still good btw.
I've yet to find any store in the Toronto area that sells the sheets, other than the dollar store. :-(

Does anyone know what the temperature rating is for the parchment from the Baking Queen?
I have been using Exopap sheets and love them. They are quite a bit more expensive ($55.44 for 500 free shipping) but don't burn up to 600° F and they are truly reusable. They are 23 5/8 by 15 3/4 so I have to cut them to fit my rimless baking sheets. However I just found the leftover is exactly the right size to fit in the baking sheet I just got for my new toaster oven, so no waste. I finally had a duh moment and used by paper cutter to cut a whole bunch at a time. I shared a package with Sabine back in 2008 but am finally running out and will need to get some before Christmas baking.

Alina, I don't know. Randi had posted it on TOBB but I don't remember. however, just used some today to roast green beans at 450 and it didn't scorch. so at lease 450!
