Folks,

There's a Spanish recipe I'd like to make, but it calls for dried sweet red peppers. You know, bells, piquillos, or florians. Where on earth would I get such a thing? I can try the Spanish Table, but I don't think I've seen them even there.

I could almost swear I saw dried sweet peppers in the Penzeys in Phoenix last year...or you could go this route. http://straightfromthefarm.net/2007/10/ ... -on-space/

What is winter gazpacho all about - never heard the term. I usually like any kind of gzpcho.

Lynn,

It's soup with bread, sour orange juice and dried peppers. A winter soup. If it turns out well, I'll post a recipe.
