I found this lovely beet horseradish at the market yesterday. I loved the rosie color and at $1.99 for a 8.5 oz. jar I decided to buy it. I added it to a cole slaw dressing. WOW, it has a wonderful almost sweet horseradish flavor. It is hotter than regular horseradish. I wouldn't eat a spoonfull. I'm guessing it would be great with beef. Or maybe even added to harvard beets for a little hit of heat.

Anyone else ever tried this product? If so How do you use it. I'd love some idea's.

Horseradish mashed potatoes? We just had them last night so they're on my mind.

The Beet horseradish was great in the cole slaw. My husband called the "Breast Cancer Awareness" Cole slaw. It was a nice rosie pink!

I have seen the beet HR but have never tried it. It sounds beautiful. One of my offbeat uses for regular horseradish is in tuna salad for sandwiches.

It might be fun to play with in deviled eggs too.
