I just went past a butcher and there was a sign up: Finally, udder meat! 1.50/100 gm.

It is not the butcher I usually go to but I may have to make a visit this week to investigate this. I was with a friend (Swiss) who was trained as a home ec teacher and is very well versed in Swiss cookery and even she was taken aback. We did have an interesting discussion on how one may eat cow udders.
