A miracle! I went to a local farm stand this week (it is a great place, she has her own stuff but also imports some things, mainly Italy and top quality) and there was pak choi, waiting for me. When I asked, she said they had it pretty much all the time now. I put some in a stir fry I made Monday but if anyone has any stellar recipes for my new found ingredient I would love to know. Mary |

Mary knows about these joneses: Swiss Thomy "scharfer" mustard in a toothpaste tube Appenzeller "Extra" cheese - I can get "Classic" and "Surchoix" grades of this but not "Extra" |

Talking about mustard in a toothpaste tube will get the authorities thinking about mustard gas, and how that can be dangerous-next thing you know, we won't be able to get it anywhere. And what would the TSA do? |
