Yaaay, spring veggies are here! Finally the long dark winter of root vegetables and rock-hard tomatoes is at an end. Well, the tomatoes still suck, but other things are now available.
So far this week I've made:
- Leek, squash & pepper souvlaki
- Asparagus & green garlic tart
- Baby potato salad with spring onions
The last was made with these very young baby new potatoes, around 3/4" in diameter.
