We love pepper jelly so much I make a double batch every year. We eat on cream cheese as mentioned, I love it on a PB&J. I also heat it to make a dipping sauce for egg rolls or crab ragoons. It is good as a glaze for chicken and shrimp as well. Laurie |

Usually I use it with triple cream brie and toasts. Last night I put a big spoonful into my BBQ sauce and it added a nice little sweetness and spice. I love the idea to heat it for a dipping sauce - will do that soon. |
