We love pepper jelly so much I make a double batch every year. We eat on cream cheese as mentioned, I love it on a PB&J. I also heat it to make a dipping sauce for egg rolls or crab ragoons. It is good as a glaze for chicken and shrimp as well.

Usually I use it with triple cream brie and toasts. Last night I put a big spoonful into my BBQ sauce and it added a nice little sweetness and spice.

I love the idea to heat it for a dipping sauce - will do that soon.

I'm pretty sure it's one of the ingredients for CI's Chinese Sticky Ribs.......

So glad you are enjoying it! It's almost the season for me to have homegrown peppers!

Hi,

Hot green pepper jelly is great on lamb chops.
