Wow. As an out and out carnivore, I have to say that I feel pretty guilty for eating meat right about now. While I love to cook, I have been in the process of attempting to lose weight. It's amazing how many calories, fat calories and other awful properties are in meat. If I can find other ways of obtaining protein, why am I not doing so? Oh wait, because meat is tasty. Grrrr.

Well, I don't think I'll be cutting out the meat completely -- but I WILL cut down on it sometime soon.
