Those are astounding links :o  However, it being Friday and all that what might you be up to that allows for such tomfoolery? ;) :P

Torpedoes seem to be firing well.......might we be hitting an empty ship?

Ouch. A+ vrs. F. 3 complaint vrs 124. And I suspect Taunton is quite a bit larger.

I would guess that CI's book sales department generates almost all of those complaints.

Hi,

BCP uses CDS Global, Inc. in Des Moines, IA to provide their subscription "Fulfillment Services". The fulfillment service is the one that generates so much controversy, but is completely legal under Iowa law. (Iowa has a large publishing industry with lots of lobbying power.) It is noteworthy that CDS Global, Inc. is a BBB Accredited Company with an "A" rating. They receive an "A" because they have relatively few complaints (377 complaints/year with 150 Million subscribers) and a track record of resolving a 94% percent of the complaints.

BCP/Cook's Illustrated gets an "F" because they had a relatively high number of complaints (124 over three years) and did not even respond to 7 complaints. The complaints are not primarily about subscriptions.

    Advertising/Sales Issues 15
    Billing/Collection Issues 36
    Delivery Issues 55
    Problems with Product/Service 18

I don't get it. Why are you even going over to TOBB? It's boring, uninformative and generally not friendly.
