Having recently participated in Cooking.com's request to fill in their survey for the promise of 10% off my next order the following disclaimer greeted me AFTER I was finished:
Quote:
Thank you for completing our survey! Enjoy 10% Off Your Next Order. Use Coupon Code C89396 at checkout and enjoy great savings!

Restrictions: *The following manufacturers/brands have requested to be excluded from this promotion and do not qualify: Aerogrow, All-Clad, Breville, Capresso, Chef'sChoice, Emerilware, Global, Henckels International, Jarden, John Boos & Co., KitchenAid Stand Mixers, Krups, Kuhn Rikon, Le Creuset, Lenox, Musso, Saeco, Screwpull, Shun, Staub, Viking, Weber Grills, Wusthof and Zwilling J.A. Henckels. Excludes all products shipping from the following suppliers: Ace-Mart, The BBQ Guys, Chicago Brick Oven, igourmet, Jessica's Biscuit and Organize.com. Does not apply to orders that ship internationally. Clearance Items, Gift Certificates and Gift Cards do not qualify. Cannot be combined with other special offers, including other affiliate site offers, rebates or miles, or promotional gift certificates. Cannot be applied to previous purchases. Terms subject to change. Offer valid through November 21, 2010.

Any guesses on how likely I am to fill in the next survey or to use this code???

I hope you let them know how disappointing this is.....of course, if they put this disclaimer up front, no one would fill out the survey.

Wino,

You should fill out the next survey ... and the next .... but deliberately mess the answers. Screw up their stats! We'll help.

Brilliant idea, Fuzzy. Arriana Huffington always says, "lie to the pollsters." I'm in.
