I found a bunch of podcasts and lectures, etc etc on iTunes. Most free.

I'm reading another book of his now, The Botany of Desire. It's great.

You might want to check out www.slowfood.org and look for a chapter in your area. You will get lots of info and sources for eating and buying local and great educational material. They are also developing a new manifesto that will help them work toward changing the farm bill when it comes up for renewal. I think it would help you connect with others in your area of like mind
