I also posted a link to this on TOB. The language is fairly naughty, but it's great fun to watch. I particularly like Hugh's blog entry about cooking and eating -- why do we assume that anyone who really loves to eat good food automatically loves to cook it? And the normal person vs. celebrity chef episodes are priceless.

I'm bumping this since there are so many more people checking in regularly here. There is some interesting video on sous vide at KKC, also recent blog posts on weighing vs. volume measuring and fair trade chocolate.
