I had never seen Bittman or Sass in video before. He defied my expectations a little; she kinda more hit them. More enjoyable video then expected (and was, in fact, enjoyable), and now I want to make some. I've used the pressure cooker a couple of times this week. I could put it in deep storage in the summer, but winter comes on, you just gotta use it.

I used to have kitchen wallpaper like the pattern on Lorna's apron - ha! Not sure what the short ribs had to do with the meatballs but it looked good. My favorite short rib recipe happens in the PC. Does anyone know what brand PC she used? Looked very streamlined.

Kuhn Rikon. She has some kind of relationship with them, but they are wonderful pressure cookers, and made in Europe if you care about that sort of thing.
