I came across this on Reddit today and while I haven't had time to digest the whole thing (and some of it is very simple) it looks helpful so I wanted to share it. My favorite is #9 far and away.

22 Kitchen Cheat Sheets

Also, for my fellow Redditors, I found Kenji on Reddit today. What a nice find - I always like to read his stuff. He is posting mostly in r/AskCulinary and r/Cooking.

I have to add a disclaimer here now that I am reading more... boil Asparagus 10 mins? Ugh. YMMV and all that.
