I actually have the perfect corn shucking tool. Takes 5 - 10 minutes for a half-dozen ears, and no effort at all. It's called "Kris".

I like the pressure cooker for corn. It stays very fresh tasting. I also have developed a thing for slapping it naked on the grill. And, as I mentioned on another post, we just did it that way and sprinkled it with a saffron (and some flower) laced fleur de sel. To die for. Mary |

Lindsay tried this corn shucking trick. Worked like a charm. Took more than 2 shakes, but it was a lot easier than husking the corn. I only made one ear - 4 minutes & it was great! Thanks for the tip. |

I have used an expand version of Fuzzy's tool. It's called "the kids". (not mine, they're my friends) |
