Hi All,

If anyone is looking for a great on-line resource to keep calories, sodium, carbs and sugar in check, you should visit this site.

For the last two years, I have really focused on wellness and getting back to a reasonable weight. I have found this tool to be invaluable!

One great feature is the ability to tie in fitness to calorie intake. Also, you would be shocked at sodium levels for menu items in chain restaurants.

Anway, great tool.

Ken

I second the recommendation. It's absolutely amazing what barcoded products are included in the database. Two interesting ones I've scanned are milk candy from Mexico and fried crickets. Of course regular foods (without a barcode) are all there too.

I use it primarily for calorie tracking but as part of this I get feedback on the protein/fat/carb balance (it's very easy to go above its sugar guideline)

What's also nice is the linking to RunKeeper - so your RK workout automatically syncs with MFP.

I'm off the wagon currently - my daily routine hasn't settled down - so I'm not going to the gym nor logging my intake very much. I should get back into that....

I like it a lot too. Not 100% keen on the latest iPhone software update but I love the iPad version.

Fried crickets have a bar code?

We use this as well, plus the integration with our fitbits. Highly recommended.

Interesting - I really like that it syncs to my FitBit - I'll give it a try.
