I just bought some duck fat in France. How long will it last in the fridge?

Don't know, but I'd freeze it. I always freeze.

Freezer it is. I think I am going to put some in ice cube trays and some in a small container and try scooping as JB recommended. Now that I can sousvide, I feel like I can use the fat more, and don't have to hoard it for the next confit.
