Interesting in that it proposes that the last 40 years of heart health advice may be wrong (gee, imagine that!). Also it suggests that occasional consumption of red meat may be no worse for your heart than not eating it at all. I look forward to further studies ...

Mind you, if these researchers are right, the "paleo" diet is a death sentence.

Very interesting indeed. I think I'll need to make a google news alert for Carntine.

Makes one wonder if a targeted antibiotic could be developed, and what the affect of broad-spectrum antibiotics are on it.
