I had this for the first time last night, these heavenly pillows of goodness. I was cleaning out my pantry and found a box w/a flavor packet. Cooked it, hated the flavor packet but loved, loved, loved these pillowy sachets of goodness. So I'm now on a quest to find other T&T recipes using this couscous. I know there are tons of recipes out there but am looking for ones you all love. My first thought is a light lemon/parmesan/parsley sauce but its borderline boring (to me). Any other thoughts/recipes to share? Nance |

Nancy, http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/ ... mon-102250 Add ricotta salata cheese, cubed small, to the above. Fantastic. |

I like it cooked in chicken stock with lots of fresh herbs added at the end. Or sometimes, chopped leftover roasted vegetables added at the very end, just long enough to heat them through. I bought bulk Isreili couscous 4-5 years ago and Fuzzy is the one that told me how to cook it. Laurie |

For simplicity, I find they make a great base to chicken fillets if you toss a little olive oil and parmesan cheese in them, they they soak up any juice. |
