Here's a handy place setting chart for all those dinner parties. It came from my friend Chef Joe Randall's newsletter. I find things like this great reference since I forget things all to often.

And, of course, if you are having a formal dinner with me, there's multiple wine glasses, one for each wine! Handy chart, though. |
