Healthy? Not quite unless you really need to bulk up. I am bulked quite enough thank you. I haven't gotten any healthy ones. Chess pie is CC. I will probably make it this week or next. I am off to Italy for a few days this week, I always seem to get recipes at the most inconvenient time.
