Todd,

Sure, if you don't mind sleeping on an air mattress in our living room. SF apartment, you know. Parking a motorcycle is at least easy.

No salmon fishing right now, though.

try to find a good Vietnamese restaurant. I like it better than Thai and I LOVE Thai.

Oh I am definitely with Mary on that one - you will just LOVE Vietnamese if you liked Thai. One of my favorite things about Vietnamese (a nicer restaurant) is the mass quantities of basil, cilantro and mint they offer as condiments! Such flavor! A cyclone of herbals in your mouth!

And, Todd, I feel just the same about salmon too - not my fave but sometimes when it's grilled just right, it can be very very good. Surely fresh has much to do with that. Congrats on your big fish. Sounds like you had a fab trip!

I hated Thai food, largely due to the fact that the first time I had it, it shriveled my tongue and gave me a tonsillectomy, but when we were in Chi-town, Becky said she would help me find something I would like (after the Chocolate demo) and I did. So, I'm trying it a little more.

The reason your posts are disappearing (Que Twilight Zone theme) is that it's Rod Serling Fest this weekend. He taught at Ithaca College. Every picture they have of him is with a cig in his hand. So sad. I think Sci-Fi net is having a marathon.
