Our soil sucks, and we've got a ton of deer, bobcats, mountain lions and bears; and we get really high winds.
I'm thinking about a prefab greenhouse, particularly as the price of produce is going to go through the roof because of the drought in CA.
Anyone have a recommendation?

I think you have enough property to do this: "underground" greenhouse. I wish I could do it on our property, but I think the city might have an issue with it.
