And I did double the sauce but I served it on homemade fettuccine and thickened it slightly with cornstarch for better 'grab'

I have to say that Ina's company pot roast is stupendous shredded, mixed with sauce (aka gravy) and used as a pasta sauce with pecorino Romano cheese. Yum!!! That's what was for dinner tonight, with simple steamed broccoli. I love Ina! |
