No this post is not spam!

We've been using a product for years for occasional heartburn/reflux relief. It's called Aci-Balance. It's an Ayurvedic product from India. I've just found a place in the US to purchase it. We used to send to the UK for it. While it's not cheap, it's quite effective and doesn't have the warnings and long term side effects associated with many pharmacy drugs. FWIW, I am not associated with this company, just glad for its existence!

Ivy,

Thanks, always good to have another cure (I get reflux). Although Pepaid AC Complete has been working pretty well for me.

I keep some in my desk drawer @work because for some odd reason, any thing w/cooked tomato, like pizza or pasta sauce, does a number on me...soup is ok because they get it from au bon pain

JF,

Oh, the only thing which causes me trouble is eating too much high-fat food too close to bedtime.
