All,

My wife will soon publish a cookbook through a print-on-demand (POD) service for a club to which she belongs. We're thinking of going with Blurb (http://www.blurb.com), because they are local and have such high quality printing. But they may be POD services we don't know about.

Does anyone else had direct experience with a POD publisher?
