... now what do I brush my teeth with?

All-natural products poster child Tom's of Maine has been sold to Colgate. In the last season, we've seen the effects; Colgate has eliminated all of the "normal" flavors in favor of weird ones. Instead of spearamint with flouride and baking soda, we now have Cinnamon-Clove with whitening agents and silica. No doubt worse is to come.

So, who else makes unsweetened toothpaste? Ideas? Or do I gotta start making my own?

I guess I'm lucky I have 6 tubes of that stuff I got with coupons! (I don't think it has expiration dates).

Seems this always happens with those good, small companies.

They've been putting xylitol in their toothpastes for a few years, now. At least, I couldn't find any without it last time I looked and that was 2-3 years ago.

For me it was over when the cinnamon flavor disappeared. Then I found some in the store at McMurdo, and brought a few tubes home. The clear mint variety is ok, but nothing special. *sigh*

Me too! Luckily, I have 1 new tube left, plus about 1/2 of another.
