As previously mentioned, I'm free for dinner on April 6th in NYC.

Anyone interested in meeting up? We should make a restaurant reservation soon if we're gonna.

And as previously replied, we would love to meet up with you. We can be back in NYC by 3pm on the 6th.

I have a list of Zagats top vegetarian restaurants in Manhattan and as also mentioned in the other post, we have an amazing asian restaurant in our neighborhood called Legend. I can PM you the list of restaurants. I'm not picky, I eat anything (mostly vegetarian) albeit very little so I'd rather defer to you. My only caveat is I don't want to travel to the upper east side. Where are you staying? That will help to know how to decide.

My nephew is being confirmed in Queens on the 5th, so I thought I'd be able to come down until Chris reminded me we are in a tournament (and by we I mean our youngest and Chris as the coach) that weekend. :-( Enjoy.
Just make sure you have pizza somewhere.....NY pizza is the best. (with apologies to all Chicago deep dish fans)

I'm staying on the lower west side.

Blossom has been highly recommended by several of my colleagues, even those who aren't vegetarian.
Edited to remove the thought of El Quixote. Not much in the menu for vegetarians.
I still think Legend might be the best bet.

Nance,

Just FYI, I eat seafood as well. Not that I'm adverse to a vegetarian restuarant; just don't limit yourself.

Josh,
Aha, seafood just opened a large door! I'll discuss with Russ tonight and we'll come up with a new list for you.
