We are not going into NYC now at all. My brother and his family are coming to CT to see us. So we are 5 days/nights in the New London/Mystic/Groton area. Other than Five Guys once we have no set dining plans. If we come down another time Becky I will let you know! Otherwise we're hoping to do Chicago again in May so hopefully you'll be back by then.
i may also go to the olive garden....please don't kick me off the board :D They really do have great salads and breadsticks

Hi Jean,
Please don't miss Captain Scott's lobster dock in Groton, its a little bit out of the way and the lines tend to be long, but for very good reason. The thing to order is the hot lobster roll... If you've never had one, I am totally jealous of the way your mind is about to be blown. :)

My other recommendation is breakfast at Kitchen Little in Mystic. "Little" refers to the size of the place, NOT the portions.
