For Xmas a couple of years ago I gave my wife the DVD http://www.amazon.com/Cooking-Porn-Stars-Disc-Set/dp/B000QVDRR6

She hasn't opened it yet.

I think one must be open to all forms of information delivery.

I'm certain...you bought it for the recipes...yes?? :ugeek:

All,

I'm working on implementing a "cooking question" for registration. For example, during the registration process you'd be asked something obvious like: "Is broccoli a fruit or a vegetable?". Suggestions for other equally obvious questions are welcome.

This should cut out the 95% of spammers who are bots, and the remaining 5% we can deal with manually.

Right now, though, it's broken, meaning that nobody can register at all. Still working on it.

Wino...while I am honored...you do realize that if a correct answer is required then you would have a membership of only Texans... :? ...is that REALLY what you want???

Also...your question has errors...it should read...Does REAL chili have beans...our vegetarian host may see things a bit different that I...

There is only chili; similarly there is only wine. Others may add beans as others may drink white wine - they are not eating chili and they are not drinking wine.

As for the vegans, I believe we covered that in our "Educating Lindsay" series awhile back.

As for nationality, please don't forget that one of your labors in life is the edification of those outside the gates; this Canadian learned what Texans are born with, others will follow once they have tasted the true nectar. Don't let down your guard!

I think my buddy Jimmy Buffet answered that one - "It's 5 o'clock somewhere!" :D

If it wasn't Jimmy, I'm sure W.C Fields would back me...

Folks,

So I've added a "cooking question" to the registration, which is required. This will deter 95% of bots, who are generally only prepared to respond to the generic registration form.

Now I just need to clean up the dozens of spammers we already have ...
