Folks,

Most of the time, we tend to forget the Board Chat exists, which means few of us use it. I've experimented with adding a very small chat window at the bottom of the main Board Index. Please tell me what you think of this.

I like it but usually go straight to "view active topics" so would probably miss it. Need a chat alert.

Great idea but I didn't even notice it. Maybe at the top of the list instead of the bottom. Otherwise, like Mary, I just go to Active Topics.

There's a chat function?!? I just go to active topics too, so never knew it was there.

Carey,

Yeah, you see "Cook's Chat" link in the top menu?

Oh yeah. There it is! Clearly I am not maximizing my use of your awesome board. I blame CK.

I, too, just go straight to new posts or active topics. Maybe it could be on one of those pages?

Well, Active Topics would be good. That's not a feature of the minichat tool though; I'd have to figure out how to hack it, which would likely take quite a while.
