All,

This board is known as "Cookaholics Bulletin Board", but has been under the bb.fuzzychef.org subdomain since I set it up, because at that time cookaholics.org was not available.

Now it is. I've acquired the domain cookaholics.org.

The question is, should I move the board to that domain? I'd put a redirect at bb.fuzzychef.org to the new domain, and I wouldn't be physically moving any files. Just changing the address bar.

It seems to me like moving the board to its own top-level domain would make it somewhat more independant of my blog, as well as making new people more likely to find it.

Let me know what you think.

From what little I know of SEO, it sounds like a great idea.

All,

If you're not clear on what I'm proposing, it's that instead of going to bb.fuzzychef.org for the board, you'll go to www.cookaholics.org instead.
