Alrighty. So after Tim blasted me, and Dave &Fuzzy blew me off, I started questioning myself. Did I dream this up?? Did I really buy this idiotic pan? Yes, I did. I finally found it at the bottom of a cabinet, covered by a fine layer of dust. Behold, the world's most expensive vegetable steamer(surely? ) Too bad I don't steam many veggies.

Crystal,

You so need to get a better camera. What is that, a wok?

Great for heating up large batches of stew or chili, make great corn poppers. Mine isn't as shiny as yours but I made stuffed cabbage rolls in it a few weeks ago

Hey, it's nit the camera, my skills are terrible. Yes, it's a wok, lol. I bought an AC wok, awhile back.

Fitzie, thanks for the chin up...the suggestions are great, and I have a nice shiny steamer insert too. :D

Disclaimer, the insert is not ac

I use my wok for small-batch deep-frying. You don't need nearly as much oil as a DO.
