Frank,

I'm wondering if that beautiful 450 pound ironwood chopping block will fit in the trunk?

You can eat at Resroats or The Firefly Grill. You might just want to pass on the chilli!

Bummer!
I have 2 Boo's blocks, one bigass one probably 2 ft by 2 ft square and a foot thick on legs and then one my grandmother gave me several years ago. It is a counter top model maybe 20 X 14 and about 2 inches thick. It was hers and it still has the price on the end written in marker $4.35. I treasure that one.

I'll be building a new house in the next few years and will probably get Mr. Boos to build a full counter top for me...should look pretty cool!

I cry BS!

BTW, I have the little one (1.5" x 17.5" x 12", 7 lbs. 12 oz.) and it is a dream. Paid too much, but it's Canada... I don't take are of it; actually, I abuse it - no oiling, wash it in water, etc. and it shines! :D

As an aside, and just to hijack this because I'm too lazy to PM you - I have a nice 5 lb. cross rib roast (organic, from our ranch, etc.) and would like to smoke it this weekend in my Weber Smoky Mtn. - any suggestions?

And now we return you to our regular programming: I will carve it on my BOOS!
