You'll find something, don't worry! And maybe even a better buy! Like Alina, I am very satisfied with the Cuisinart Multi-clad pro, which I got very cheap piece by piece from Chef's Catalog, where they were always going on sale. I was getting them when I was replacing many of my pans with induction capable types, and even gave DS a couple All Clad MC2s, which are not induction capable. |

That's a bummer, Lisa. (Although could be a blessing in disguise if you end up not liking the handle when you see one in store.) And I agree with Dave and Alina about the Cuisinart. I have several of the tri-ply line in stockpots and a few other pieces, and they are great pans and I think perform just as well as the A-C in general. Hard to beat that A-C Amazon deal of the day pricing but everyone is couponing, etc. so aggressively already this year that anything is possible! Emilie |

The AC handles are not comfortable for me. However, that only applies to the skillets/saute pans. Next time I replace my AC saute (if that time ever comes) I will look to Wolf, their handles are fabulous (with a price to match). |
