I just saw this on fb - apparently CI is partnering with Amazon to offer discounts (maybe that's not new but I hadn't seen it done before). I bought the same item about a month ago and put it away for my mother's day gift, along with a spiralizer cookbook. Thanks Emilie, I think. This is the first kitchen gadget I have ordered in a very long time. For some reason that offer was not on my Cook's Country Feed today. |

FWIW, this is the cookbook I bought to go with it. It has tons of 5 star reviews on Amazon and her blog seems to have a lot of good recipes without them being too funky.
