No, I have the first one, the second shown is smaller and the third has no convection.

Jim, I don't know about the other models as I have used only the 800XL.
Also, when my first one died after a couple of years I got a new one.
First thing I did was cover the drip tray with a sheet of foil (on top only) so I wouldn't have to deal with the crud build-up. I'm glad I did.

I bought the bread board specially made by Breville for the top of mine. It offers storage space because it doesn't get hot. I keep my bread on it.

Hi,

Let me tell you about Breville's remarkable customer service. My three year old oven (Used at least twice every day) displayed an E5 code requiring a reset and most likely a funeral. We reset the oven and it seems to be working fine, for now.

My email to Breville was answered within two hours offering two options. They will fix/rebuild/restore my oven for $130, which included shipping. I may also choose to purchase new oven with a 40% discount.

The list price is $380 according to Williams-Sonoma, so I asked for details. Their list price is $250, their discount offer does not have a time limit and I don't even return the old oven.

I was flabbergasted. Does anyone want a free test ride with a Breville Smart Oven?

Tim

I second that, Tim, as far as Breville's high level of customer service (and the quality of their products). I ordered a second bowl/lid for my Sous Chef FP (the coolest appliance I've ever owned, BTW) but the bowl didn't come with a gasket. I called them, thinking it was an omission, but the guy said that they are separate parts. Without missing a beat he said they would send me one free of charge and I think they shipped it express. I also have the medium-size countertop oven (without convection) and shutter at the thought of ever having to buy another brand :D
