I have this All-clad pan that works on induction. It's a couple of years old and it does seem to show some wear already. I am not real careful with it, however. Deb

I just ordered the Vollrath 8", 10", 12", and 14" in the rivetless, Ceramiguard II (the EZ series) from Webstaurant.com. GREAT price and all available now but the shipping, taxes and duty may be an eye-opener...as it will be shipped to Canada. I'll get back to ya! :D

Thanks to the Cookwarenmore recent sale I replaced a 6-qt. stockpot in brushed stainless with a shiny new stainless in the same size. I love this piece and use it all the time. The shiny pot is so much prettier than the old brushed finish. All my All-Clad is shiny except for this one pot that I gave to a friend.

WHOOPPEE:!:
My pans arrived :!: 8", 10", 12", & 14" Please note, I particularly wanted no rivets - hopefully, they will be satisfactory. Let the games begin.

Wino,

Ah, you didn't ask me if they had rivets.

He got the rivet-less ones. Nice. I bought a henkel pan once solely because it didn't have rivets. I've come to accept my fate with rivets since, but only grudgingly.

Once again, Paul nails it :!: :D

Used 3 of the pans last night and this morning and they were flawless. Off to Calgary until Friday for some business and then I'll attack the kitchen all weekend! ;) ;)
