I'd swear I asked this before, but I couldn't find it. How do y'all clean the accumulated soot and polymerized grease off the inside of your oven window so that you can see through it again? Tips? |

It's been awhile since I had an oven window, but I believe I used Krud Kutter. |

Dawn Power Dissolver does a great job. |

I wonder if baking soda and coconut oil would work? It gets off adhesive like nobody's business. I need to try it on mine. |

I haven't done this in a while but I used to open the door, spray on some 409 Cleaner and wait about 10 minutes. Follow that with a razor scraper and a paper towel. Always came clean. |

I used some ceramic stovetop cleaner the last time I did mine. Worked like a charm using a bit of elbow grease and a paper towel. |

I'm happy to say my natural solution worked for me. That and a metal scraper.... |

Fuzzy, Here's number seven-- Begin with a single edge razor blade. EZ Off Fume Free Oven Trigger is less caustic (SAFER!) than Dawn PD. You don't even knead rubber gloves. Tim |
