It was Justflowers.com.

They failed to deliver the flowers I ordered for my mom's birthday. Although I had paid extra for guaranteed delivery before 1pm, they didn't notify me until 6pm that evening (when it was too late to call a local florist to deliver something). They promised delivery first thing the following morning but refused to refund the extra money I had paid for early delivery the day of. They failed to deliver flowers the next morning too, and when I contacted them, they claimed that no local florist would deliver flowers for the price they had charged me, and tried to shake me down for 30% more money. I said no, I wanted the order cancelled. Five hours later, they delivered something that looked nothing like what I had ordered (even though I asked for the order to be cancelled), and had the nerve to charge my credit card not only for the full amount of the order, but also the extra for the guaranteed early delivery the day before (despite failing to deliver flowers for 2 days in a row before 1pm).

When I called to complain and ask for a refund, I was told that they would never offer a refund for a delivered product. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for over an hour, then told that someone would call me back. They never did. I called 3 more times - each time no supervisor was available to speak to. Then I got a phone call from a customer service rep, who called only to tell me that I was wrong, that they had fulfilled their obligation, and that no refund would be issued. I said that if that was the case, we had nothing left to discuss and that I would report them to the BBB and clearly describe my experiences on every online site I could think of. I also indicated that I would be in contact with my credit card company to dispute payment. Then they spam phoned me for almost a month (all times of the day and night) leaving messages allegedly from a customer service supervisor who "wanted to address my concerns." Not surprisingly he too was never available when I called, no matter what time of day, or how long I indicated that I would wait on hold. There was also apparently no alternate supervisor that I could speak to. They also spammed my email inbox with emails saying that I had to contact them as there was a problem with delivery of my order. Eventually I called their customer service line again and said that I would file a restraining order if they did not stop harassing me, which finally put an end to the 4 - 5 calls per day I was receiving. After all of that, they had the nerve to send me an email offering me 10% off my next order. I have since blocked their email address from my inbox. Sadly, this is typical of the experience that most people report online if you look them up.

I did speak to my credit card company. Unfortunately, given that they did deliver something, I am not able to reverse charges for non-delivery. As it is flowers and the fine print in the contract says that the bouquet may not be exactly as described, arguing the quality point was also a dead-end. The only thing I ultimately got the charges reversed for was the early delivery charge as that was tangible.

Wino's last call to customer service at the incontinence hot line only resulted in them saying " can you hold a moment please? "

Wino...

I know you have been laying awake at night wondering why baby diapers
have brand names such as "Luvs", "Huggies," and "Pampers', while
undergarments for old people are called "Depends".

Well here is the low down on the whole thing.

When babies crap in their pants, people are still gonna Luv'em,
Hug'em and Pamper em.

When old people crap in their pants, it "Depends" on who's in the will!

Glad I got that straightened out so you can rest your mind.
