For me, it's a mango cutter that really does work and maxes the flesh left after discarding the pit.

We have had this for many years & pull it out once a year. Yep, a one trick pony but at the time we wouldn't do without it. I'd rather have a snow blower or better yet, a generator!

A mango fork or even an ice pick and a chef's knife accomplish the same task, regardless of mango type and size.
