I second the Breville in general recommendation. I have the non-convection Smart Oven and love it. And am getting the Sous Chef food processor as an early birthday present this week (my KA FP frustrations finally pushed me over the edge). So please do let us know how the pizza maker works!
And as far as that crazy dough, I think W-S appeals to two groups of people. Cooking enthusiasts who like a lot of their products and who are savvy enough to buy them there only when on sale or else truly not available anywhere else (that would be me), and people who have way more money than they know what to do with. That would be those who buy prepared dough or the crazy expensive baked goods and desserts, etc. they sell. But you gotta give them credit (W-S, I mean) -- if people are willing to fork over a ton of dough (
) for products that have an enormous profit margin, that's a nice bonus for the bottom line. Right?Emilie
