I was considering building my own ceramic wood-fired pizza oven in the backyard. Then I realized I'd use it maybe twice a year, and reconsidered.

Filing the high heat lock off your self cleaning oven is cheaper.

This also reminds me of all of the Big Green Eggs that sit in our neighborhood. I have never seen one being used, but I'm usually in the kitchen on Thanksgiving day.

Nice lookin' oven to be sure. Here is another kind of pretty pizza oven. The Millar Pizza Oven ... wood fired even!
